UUBBUURRUU presents a first full length that reinforces their psychedelic roots with a more visceral 70’s rock sound. Choosing to drink from a different well, their new direction still employs elements of psychedelia, but renders a new sonic spectrum. Using assertive songwriting with Joey Napoleon locking onto his strong 70’s american and british metal influences, and precise reel printing by producer Samuel Gemme (Chocolat, Corridor, Anemone), the band’s follow up should provide fans of heavy riffs with plenty to chew on.

UUBBUURRUU propose un premier long-jeu qui renforce ses racines psychédéliques d’un son plus viscéral rappellent les années 70. Ayant choisi de s’abreuver dans un nouveau puit, leur nouvel direction garde des tendances psychédéliques, mais tend vers un nouveau spectre sonore. L’écriture affirmée de Joey Napoleon, puisant dans ses influences de vieux métal anglais et américain, et la gravure analogue de main de maître par Samuel Gemme (Chocolat, Corridor, Anemone) devraient grandement plaire aux amateurs de riffs lourds.
